All content on this site, including text, visuals, blog posts, and frameworks is the intellectual property of Haseeb Ali unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, redistribute, republish, or reuse any material without written permission.
4. No Guarantee of Specific Results
While Rank Nerd applies best practices backed by years of experience, SEO is influenced by multiple factors beyond our control. Therefore, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic increases, or revenue results.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rank Nerd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of this website or our services. Total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
6. Payments, Deposits & Refunds
All pricing is quoted on a fixed-fee basis after an initial quote. Once a project has started, deposits are non-refundable.
Any additional work or changes in scope will be re-quoted and approved in writing.
7. Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of all proprietary or sensitive information you share during our engagement. NDAs are available upon request and honored without hesitation.
8. Modifications to Terms
Rank Nerd reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page, and your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of those changes.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation or mediation before seeking legal action.
